Toned Up Tuesday: Week 1-4 Results with Fit Nika 101!

Hello Fitness Babes!

Today is the day! Today is the day for the first results update from weeks 1-4 on Fit Nika 101's gym guide! Drumroll please.....



I can see that my legs have toned up (booty progress anyone?) and I know my arms have gotten significantly stronger. I'm almost positive my abs would be a more present if I had eaten correctly this past weekend (forgive me abs, macros don't count on your birthday weekend). So this is it! I'm a little pumped because Nika herself just liked my picture and I literally fangirled SO hard.

I have goals for the next 4 weeks of this program and I hope you guys decide to help keep me on track to complete them by following me and holding me accountable!
  • Follow macros more accurately.
  • Eat more protein early in the morning. Holds off hunger better for myself.
  • Stop skipping workouts (Shoulders and core...I'm sorry...)
  • Bump up squat weight.
  • Find a lifting buddy. 
  • Complete the Tone It Up Bikini Series - but never put the Fit Nika guide on the back burner. 
  • #100BySummer because my mileage running goal is looking pretty sad....

Nika has been an insane motivator for myself during the past few weeks because she's also been preparing for her first bikini competition! It helps to know that someone that inspires you really does understand the struggles of getting fit and eating healthy when pizza is everywhere you look. I can't wait to continue with her program and continue feeling like I'm on top of the world. I totally suggest checking her out whether its on her Tumblr or on her Instagram
