Toned Up Tuesday: Fresh Re-Start & My 3rd 5k!

Okay, it happened. I got busy with camp and life and I slacked on both my eating habits and my gym attendance. I haven't attended the gym in two weeks. I really just eat what I want. I feel content with my body but I don't want to go back to where I came from. I'm going to start the Fit Nika Gym Guide over. I made it to 12 weeks but was not consistent with my workouts. This time around I'm going to get to week 16 to give you a full review and an impressive progress pic!

Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 154.4 lbs.

Chest: 38 inches

Waist: 30.25 inches

Hips: 39 inches

Right Leg: 21.25 inches

Right Calf: 14.25 inches

Freedom Run

I ran in my local Fourth of July 5k this past weekend and it was different! I felt defeated by this 5k when I finished. I hadn't trained and I finished in about 35 minutes again. I know that's not a slow run and I should be proud but I was disappointed in my progress during the actual race. I walked more than I would've liked and I was getting terrible cramps in my side.
